My mom is very upset with the city cleaners the clothes does not come out on time.She had to pick up her dirty jeans from there and the manager has no idea how to run this business.
I have used City Cleaners many times, for dry cleaning things were fine. I recently took a pair of brand new men's slacks in for alteration. I pinned the slacks to a 31" (they were 32"), in several places after fitting them on my husband. I picked up the slacks and he put them on to wear and they were drastically too short.
