Been going here for a few years now. Used to be good, but lately their pharmacy has been unreliable and unprofessional. Recently I tried calling them to ask a simple question about my medication and was put “on hold” and they hung up after about 5 mins. This happened more than once. Also, I seem to get different answers over the phone compared to in person when asking about my meds. I’ll be switching to a different pharmacy.
City Chemist is great! So grateful that a local non-chain pharmacy is so close to me and carries such great products. Always happy when I’m able to support local business!
I had a prescription sitting there for almost 2 weeks, each time I called they told me to call back later to check on the medication I was waiting for. Today they told me they couldn’t sell to me bc of my zip code, really wish they told me this 2 weeks ago when I first called.
