My mom booked an appointment with Dr. Song two months ago. The appointment was supposed to be today, so we were on the way to the hospital, but they cancelled her appointment AN HOUR BEFORE THE DESIGNATED TIME, saying that she was already seeing a gynecologist. THAT gynecologist is for a WHOLE OTHER ISSUE, but they insisted she bring up the matter with them and not Dr. Song. We haven’t even MET that other gynecologist separately. My original gyno and her substitute no longer work at this clinic. I was told to have my family doctor send a referral to the clinic. My family doctor sent a general referral to the clinic as I was not specifically told who to send it to. I called in today to book an appointment and Dr. Song’s receptionist was incredibly rude. I explained my situation to her and she gave me a hard time.
