Charging me $150 when I tried to cancel appointments from 2 and 3 years ago lol also making me wait 1hr for my appointment I ended up walking out. What’s the purpose of an appointment if you can’t get me in at that time? What’a the purpose of you having a phone if I can’t cancel my appointments. They want you to pay in Cash on purpose so they can’t get sued.
My dr is very sweet and nice and receptionist also good.
Dr Lina Roa is very lovely and understanding. Saw me for a gyno issue and I'd feel safe to go to her again. Receptionist was nice and got in quick.
