Neighbour's suggested that I come here before dealing with anything in Terrace. Came for a simple doctor's note so I can return to work, as I do not have a family doctor. The receptionist was at least pleasant, and asked if I was a patient, to which I said no. She mentioned that's too bad and there's nothing she can do, and that the doctor was away anyways. Quick to pick up the phone and wait times aren't too bad. Dr. Macleod was amazing! Receptionists sre friendly, except the older woman Kathy, who is incredibly rude in person and on the phone for no reason. Has hung up without saying anything and seldom greets or says bye and I am a friendly person.
Great clinic-had no issue getting into the walk-in as a newcomer to the area.
12/10 The best clinic in Kitimat. No more hour long waiting times before having your appointment, or having to wait a month just to be seen by a doctor. Staff are very friendly with great service with a smile. Couldn't recommend this team more!
How come I'm never able to get ahold of anyone when I call the office this clinic is a joke and obviously super hard to deal with.
