Quick to pick up the phone and wait times aren't too bad. Dr. Macleod was amazing! Receptionists sre friendly, except the older woman Kathy, who is incredibly rude in person and on the phone for no reason. Has hung up without saying anything and seldom greets or says bye and I am a friendly person.
Great clinic-had no issue getting into the walk-in as a newcomer to the area.
12/10 The best clinic in Kitimat. No more hour long waiting times before having your appointment, or having to wait a month just to be seen by a doctor. Staff are very friendly with great service with a smile. Couldn't recommend this team more!
How come I'm never able to get ahold of anyone when I call the office this clinic is a joke and obviously super hard to deal with.
The front desk staff are absolutely amazing. I was attended to with empathy, kindness, and effectiveness. Kathy is just amazing. Kitimat is so very lucky to have this team here!
