It doesn't matter who you deal with here. Whether it's the staff at reception or any of the Doctors, it's always a very friendly and professional environment. I have always felt that my health and well being is looked after since I've been a patient here.
If you value your time and your health please find a doctor elsewhere. Having known this practice for over 30 years, it's unfortunate that some of the newer doctors, namely Rand Yousif have let the reputation of this once admirable clinic go. This practice needs to be more diligent about paperwork sent to their office. Get with the times and use email as well to better communicate with your patients. Receptionists are a pleasure to talk to, very kind and helpful staff. They just hired new staff who also seem very professional and well informed :) All the doctors are also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They do not rush appointments and are attentive to each and every patient.
I have been searching for a new doctor since my old doctor retired. I booked a phone consultation with Dr. Yusuf. On the day of, she calls with a private number. I believe she called multiple times and when I called back within minutes, the receptionist advised she was busy again. That didn’t make sense to me when she was calling me minutes ago.
