You are forced to agree to an Advanced Testing, Diagnostics & Troubleshooting before any work commences for a price of 425.5$ then tack on 34.04 for materials and consumables just to tell you what you already know. I just wanted my rack and pinion repaired or replaced, not to replace my driving light bulb for 259.63 or service my new battery for 60.50. I thought being a previous customer I could just get fixed what I brought the truck in for not a bunch up upselling and diagnostic charges.
Charged my brother like 2000 to basically diagnose the car wrong and not figure out what was wrong with it, had to tow it to a different mechanic to get it fixed. Awful awful experience dont trust these guys bunch of crooks. EDIT it was absolutely not running when it left, had to take it to a different mechanic that knew what they were doing. They absolutely lied when they replied and said it was running, they charged him 2000$ for nothing. And the mechanic that actually fixed it only cost like 800$. Liars and crooks.
Excellent service and staff for my mini - will be going back for annual maintenance from now on!
Absolutely horrible service. Charging for stuff they didn’t do. Double charging for stuff. I sill never use or suggest this shop to anyone
