I waited over a month to hear back from the manager!!, first she went on vacation, I hurried and got all the documents needed, the manager new I was on a time crunch, called and called, nothing, very unprofessional!!! Thank God for a caring manager who understands what urgent means!! Thanks for nothing!and putting me in a awful situation! SO close to being homeless !!let this be a lesson! shame on YOU!!
I lived here. I loved it. I had a great 1300 sq ft apartment overlooking the gym. It wasn’t clean when we moved in, but they reimbursed us. My key didn’t always work for the bottom door, and shared laundry isn’t my thing. The dryers never dried my clothes. Otherwise it was a good place to live. We had really friendly neighbors. When we needed something fixed they promptly fix it. Our biggest issue was the heat. It would only get to 62 degrees and it was -30 out most of February. The heat is electric so it cost more.
