VERY hard to get in contact with from the website or the phone number listed. I had been warned by a couple of other people but it took over 2 weeks to even speak to person on the phone. All the time they were actively still shopping the apartments on craigslist each day while ignoring messages/calls. And still posting it after telling me there was nothing available...put very minimal effort into renting out their properties, I wouldn't even bother trying.
