If you're looking for a new place to call home look no further! I would highly recommend this community quite, safe, and family friendly. Maintenance is NEVER an issue here which is very reassuring. Office staff has been with the community for awhile and it shows as they care for each of their residents.
these apartments are by far 10/10 , Offering beautiful amenities like full size washer and dryer, pool and gym and so much more. As far as the parking in the complex I always have space to park my vehicles, Not to mention the great communication that the office/ management Jackie and Rick have to offer is priceless. They have great maintenance people that will fix anything wrong in the residents home. My fiancee and I like it here. They keep the property clean, and do their best in promptly removing snow. The property is beautiful and quiet. Parking could be better but overall I would give City Center Station an A.
I would not move here we lived here for almost 8 yrs and never had an issue, we was infested by roaches in '16 due to downstairs neighbors and we was forced out, this new company did not want to update our apt, we had old appliances, needed paint job and new carpest, the balcony rail was loose, the bathroom fixtures never was secered screwed in sheet rock constant leak in water closet,etc. the never sprayed well and short notice and unclear instruction, they also lied to our washing machine leasing company and said thier equ... read more
I have lived here since May 2016. I recommend it. Ed and Jerome have been very responsive to any maintenance needs, and pleasant to work with. The grounds are always well kept, all four seasons of the year. Rick in the leasing office has been super friendly and eager to help with anything I need. And you simply can't beat the location. Five stars!
The property itself is nice but the management is terrible! When we had to get our place treated for bedbugs for the 2nd time they gave us far less notice than we were supposed to give them. Then when I moved out at the end of May of this year, they tried to go after me for the remaining debt because my roommate hadn't provided "proof of income" with 3 months' rent.
