nice staff, great location but horrible room condition. Moldy and dusty room.
This place is an absolute dump and would never recommend anyone to stay here. The guy working the desk spy’s on you the whole stay and they try to blame you for damage you didn’t cause. Took photos because I thought they might hit us with a charge we didn’t do. There’s broken glass everywhere. And they hide there mess under the bed…. The guy at the desk is a creep and hung up the phone when we brought up this issue. DO NOT GO HERE
Found glass and hair on my bed after housekeepimg came in for a cleaning management only had them come back and change the sheets and did absolutely nothing else to accommodate, all of the one star reviews are accurate however it is the only place within walking distance of Fremont street that is priced for what it is with no resort fees or anything. This is by far one of the most filthiest, smelly, needing clorox bleach as hand sanitizer and how about a washer to do some linen assed place I will NEVER set foot in again as long as I shall. I will never recommend this dump to a soul. My dogs house has better amenities. Here's a few photos of the bathroom to say the least
