I brought an area rug in to Tom that had puppy pee, and after the initial clean there was still an odor. I called him back and with no questions he said bring it back. Picked it up today and its perfectly fresh, no extra charge. Thanks Tom

City Carpet is the best! Our family have been taking our carpets there for forty years. I just learned they pick up and deliver, which is such a great service. We recently had three difficult to clean rugs cleaned with excellent results. They even got out the funky smell. They were honest about the poor prospects with a fourth rug, which we discarded. We appreciated their honesty. Why would you go anywhere else? Highly recommended 10/10.
We have used them 2x now for an area rug when our dog has bladder trouble. I am so thankful they are able to pick up and drop off!
