Fast and professional. Nick & Taylor did a great job installing a bluetooth radio module into my Cayenne. Andrew very helpful with getting me scheduled in last minute EDIT July 2026: New owner Sprague installed a radio into a vintage car for me - fast and efficient.

I’m updating my review after a very negative recent experience. I contacted the shop to reschedule an appointment after they were closed on the day I was supposed to drop off my car. During this call, I was spoken to in an aggressive and inappropriate manner, without any justification. I’ve been a customer for over 1.5 years and had no issues in the past.
