Contracted to get an evaluation and proceed on a project of refinishing a deck. Did not sand or do any professional preparation but power wash. Used a semi-transparent stain that was done in August 2022 and by March 2023 the stairs and large areas are peeling, chipping and showing very poor workmanship.
