I live near City Bikes and they always save the day for me. This time, I brought in a bike that I thought was in good shape that was to be donated to someone in need. It turns out it needed a safety check/ serious brake adjustment/and dangerous handlebar stem fix. Jordan made sure this bike was ready to go and safe for the young man who will be receiving it. Everyone was kind and also Jordan went out of his way to patiently teach me the brake adjustments he was doing.
I had a great experience both times I went there. Great service for my e bike.
