Been here for over an hour after we were overcharged $50 on a purchase. It took 4 people, and calling IT 5 times for us to walkout with store credit. Really wishing we had just got the money back because I don't think we'll be shopping at this store any time soon. On top of this the store is a mess, the change rooms were filled with clothing on the floor, the staff aren't trained and the wait lines for the checkout run all through the store and take forever.
Service sucks. Lol. Treated me like a thief when I asked to look at skate bearings and simply went to pick a packet up to look at, after they opened the cabinet. Then sold me a pack of nuts and bolts, which I wasn't allowed to look at, that had already been returned and taped back up and was missing three bolts and two nuts. I couldn't even put my trucks on. Was looking at buying a Nixon Watch from the Shellharbour Square store on Monday 22nd December 2025 and my wife asked for some help from a girl. She was told she would be a minute and my wife said its like it was a big bother to her. We Waited a few minutes and then the girl just walked past us at the watch glass cabinet and said nothing. We waited another few minutes and still nothing, so we just left. She was totally rude. Ended up buying a watch from elsewhere. Your loss for such rude service. Won't shop there again now.

Its hard to blame teenage staff but the 3 that were working were overwhelmed by customer numbers. So slow to be served and the. So long to get products from the storeroom
