I have been doing it for past 14years and it is still inspiring best filling 1st thing in the morning highly recommend
2 years of sheer fitness, fun and frolics have flown by. Simply the best way to stay fit in Perth! Would recommend this for all ages, levels of fitness and backgrounds. Nat is inspirational, tough and contagiously energetic. Worth getting up for, all year round
City Beach 'Bootcamp' has certainly given me a new lease on life. The variety and intensity of Natalie's workouts are wonderfully complimented by the camaraderie and incredible daybreaks that City Beach has to offer. Its an intoxicating way to start the day and I recommend it to any one who can put one foot in front of another!.
