You need to tell Caryl to be more professional with first-time customers who have questions about their order, especially when what I ordered through Skip the Dishes was not available and I was offered something different that I never heard of (big bone). And she was even worse when I cancelled my order after seeing in a video what you really get for $19.95 as compared to a full rack of St. Louis ribs for $22.95. Got carryout this afternoon and unfortunately was again disappointed. The ribs were dry and the outside crust was like shoe leather. Certainly not worth the $12.99 for a half rack!! Also, the banana pudding is flavorless. This was at the Henderson location and I've had the same dry rib experience at the Powell location. Think his is the last time I'll be in and I will stick to making ribs in my crock pot.

Usually pretty good. But on Wednesday I wasn't sure which was drier: the pork or the cornbread. Unfortunately my order was to-go, else I would have sent it back.

It's always delicious but tonight was ON POINT! Judge's Sampler was AMAZEBALLS! And the corn pudding is always delish!
