West Market location...these 5 star reviews have to be paid for....this place has rapidly declined. 90% of the staff has the worst attitudes. There is one female cook (blond hair and red rimmed glasses), her attitude is so poor. They never have any food, like ever! Always out of something no matter what time of day you go or its not ready. Went tonight 2.5 hours BEFORE closing and they are out of potato salad, chicken tenders and chicken! Absolutely love City Bbq but tonight when I came in 30min before close the staff was over the top amazing! Great staff and great food.
Food - brisket so dry that not even thier nasty cold house bbq sauce could moisten Service - food came out fast but it makes sense given the quality/cold temperature of the food; had to stand at the counter for awhile before being acknowledged as the only customer in the store at 12pm.. Atmosphere - generic corporate feel with no real identity Very disappointing experience - very costly for what you get. I'm so sick of these garbage companies thinking they can emulate and succeed as a restauranteer without actually providing... read more
