It's always easy to tell when a restaurant gets a new cook or anything. Granted, it's been a while since I've been there, and this time around, it was the Collard Greens. Even my friend said they were too damn salty, so salty, she couldn't finish her portion. That said, we pitched the Collard Greens and just the Mac & Cheese. If we had been in the restaurant, we would've returned the greens for a new batch. I only eat City BBQ maybe twice a year, so I'm not worried about it. Hopefully it's better next time.
