Jay made me feel like a genuinely valued customer from the first moment I spoke with her on the phone making my appointment. She was incredibly kind and patient with me in the store when helping me pick out glasses and when answering my questions about pricing and insurance. She remembered my name each time I visited the store, including when I came back to pick up my glasses the next week. I truly appreciated her kindness and helpfulness.

They have a great selection of frames here! Jay was fantastic, and very helpful. She even helped me decide which frames looked best. I never felt rushed or pressured while looking around. The glasses even came earlier than expected. I’ll definitely be back to get another set of frames here.
