Terrible! never ever should anyone go there, should be taken down!
It's November 2012 and the team at City Automotive has taken care of my old Cadillac extremely well for nearly three years now. Not only are they competent and know "their stuff" but they are honest guys who throw in a few extras every now and then -- like the time my friend's blue plastic disabled card fell inside my console between the driver's and passenger's seats. They had to take it apart to get it and there was no charge! From air conditioning to trunk locks -- they can do it!
If you are looking for an honest mechanic, this place is it. I noticed that I was having to fill up my coolant more often than I should. I DO NOT trust mechanics ( I am a blonde female and to mechanics this means I have a sign on my forehead that says "rip me off". So my husband looked at it a determined it was my radiator belt, and changed it. The next day I had a puddle in my garage of coolant. My husband assured me it was not the radiator hose.
