This place just wants to make a sale they sell you crap car's just ro make a sale they sold me a car that I had told him after I bought it I also have all the messages from him that the car is having problems told me to take it to there mechanic I made an appointment to find out would cost me 128.00 per hr to just look at the car I called call lot and I was told don't worrie it will come off the total car cost what the he'll I can't afford this I already paying 346.00 a month car payment and 170.00 full coverage insurance t... read more
If I didn't even have to give 1 star I wouldn't. The worst car buying deal I have ever done. No one would return my calls, texts or emails letting them know how unhappy I am about getting my car there. Long story short. I didn't figure out what Van had done to me until a few days later, well at least everything about the deal he made. I put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if coarse he answered through them and made it sound like I could have just brought the car back. Will not recommend. Van sold me a car with a engine check light. Paid for two down payments on two different cars and out of them two cars one ended up dying and they forced me to bring it back while having to pay to have it towed to them and they threaten to send me to collections with a nasty attitude. My primary decision was to get into a newer Toyota but they just force you into an older car and when it doesn’t even last 30 days they blame the car problems on their customers.
