Was lied to about car and alleged repairs repeatedly. Nothing was done, was told by son's repair shop that no service records are kept on file. After the water pump blew (9 weeks in), Ken at City Auto and Brent at BK Auto Service bounced me back and forth, then spoke with a Jim by phone. Refused to be accountable for the repairs I was told were already done, and then bounced me around between them while deciding who was responsible for repair costs. Crooked! Crooked! Crooked! They sold me a vehicle with Multiple issues. They did no work on it before putting it on the lot. The reverse lights didn't even work. The odometer was incorrect and the tires were not road legal. The guy they use bk repair is who looks over these vehicles before they hit the lot. He did nothing! Absolutely nothing. Do not buy a vehicle from these crooks! They do not stand behind anything they do and will say anything in their power to get you out the door!
