Call on a Wednesday and a gentleman picked up the phone and said “we’re not taking calls today” and slammed the phone down, hung up on me. I just needed a Western part for a customer who had no headlights, I was doing a service call in your city, but I will get the parts from South Bend like I usually do. Wow! Do not do business with these rude people
