Looked at a used Hyundai that they had priced $500 over the KBB mint condition price and it had a few dings on it. Could tell the front bumper had met a curb before and the touch-up job was horrible. Alignment seemed off and they wouldn't budge on the asking so we left. Sales guy and manager were friendly and polite. We shook hands and parted ways on good terms.
