This was better when it was a local shop. Now that it is safelite, everything goes to 800 number. I was assigned home appt but when arrived, sales said it was too cold and I do not have a heated garage. My appt was moved to the shop and I was told to call to make sure loaner was available. Tried reaching local office for 45 mins with no luck. Finally found a ride and dropped off car myself. I was told it would be smoother when they have a manager again. Had an appointment made for my father today. 8 am. Told me yesterday when I gave my payment info that it would take an hr or an hr and a half. Two and a half hours later he is still sitting there. In an uncomfortable waiting area. He is over 70. This was supposed to be convenient. Absolute disgrace.
City Auto Glass is now Safelite. Stopped by today and they were great.
