I must say, Carstar is the most fresh breath of service and utmost professionalism in my most recent experiences with court house process to health insurance process , car insurance and a few more….it was overwhelming to be patient and endure. Each one, customer svc became delay tactics, cancel/reschedule…..my point is this Carstar delivered with nothing but good old fashion svc and so much kindness. Fantastic experience. From the people at reception to the estimator, Sarah, this company is very organized and very professional. Sarah communicated with the insurance company. She let me know that there may be additional damage which was found. Replacement parts were ordered in a very timely manner. The work was completed faster than expected. Overall, extremely positive experience and highly recommended business.
Unbelievably rude, patronizing, insulting and indignant attitude was all I received on a recent initial visit here. Had a severely damaged car repaired here over 15 years ago and was treated w/ professional courtesy and the work was top notch. Now, I understand that the son has assumed the business from his father. Not the same place. My experience couldn’t have been worse.
