Half of the time, the phone system is down. Where people have to work the same hours the City is open, this can be problematic, regarding paying a bill. It’s very frustrating!
I too have always been on time with my electric payment. Ever since the system changed the website I have had nothing but trouble. I hate the new system!!! I cannot express this enough. I have spent the last 2=days trying to get in there today my bill. I have worked with very difficult websites before and this one is a wreck. If the leaders are actually reading this please change it back.
