Not a good experience. It took over a month for them to do 7 shirts and a jacket. Zero communication don't bother trying to call goes to voicemail and they don't call back after multiple messages were left.

I was an intern at City Apparel + Merch for about a year. The work environment was great and I felt valued in my position. The entire staff works diligently and is very dedicated to helping their customers!

I really like the water bottle they provided me. It has a cap that also folds and holds my phone. They always have innovative products and ideas. Very kind staff as well.

We decided to go with City Apparel for a T-shirt sale at work and have been so pleased with the experience. All factors were excellent: the level of assistance from Account Manager Britney, the ability to have an online pop-up, the turnaround time from order to delivery and the quality of the items we received. One of my co-workers said of an item they ordered (a jacket): “They’re really sharp and warm!
