I had a very disappointing experience working with Rob Stein just now. From the start, his attitude was condescending and rude when i asked general questions regarding a listing. When I called out his behavior, instead of apologizing or improving, he engaged in unprofessional back-and-forth arguing, which made the whole process unprofessional. I expect respect and professionalism from anyone I work with, especially a real estate agent, and unfortunately, Rob Stein did not meet those basic standards. I would not recommend his... read more
Broker rob stein was very unprofessional I had one conversation with him (30 seconds if that) and he hung up on me without any information or reason as to why. He should not be dealing with people especially people that are trying to find a home !!
