I wasn’t sure if I chose the right vet for me when I first moved here. They do things a little differently from my last vet. Like having you wait in your car until it’s your appointment, and locking their doors in between patients so that the other animals never see each other. It’s actually quite smart to prevent the dogs from getting upset or hyper. I believe the vet at this clinic is great, however the people answering the phones have a lot to learn about customer service and being a kind human in general. I just canceled my dogs' appointment I made this morning after I called this afternoon to ask questions about having my kitten neutered there as well instead of my regular vet. The girl told me I would have to bring him in twice for a series of shots before they would even touch him, where my usual vet wouldn't do that.
