Randle and Turner were absolutely amazing with my grandma. They had to transport her from St Luke's The Vintage to her nursing home in Tomball. Not only were they very kind and patient with her, they were also the same with me - guiding me along to what they were doing and why, as well as what to expect for on her ride and what to expect after she arrives. DONT USE THIS SERVICE !!!! They do not have EMT's on ambulances. The machines malfunction. I've reached out to everyone at this place no phone call, no email. Nothing. This company transported my dad, who was intubated. Ventilator was not hooked correctly. We don't know how long our father was without oxygen due to negligence. I've called Moe Moossund, Juan (supervisor) and medical records with City Ambulance Services no one will give us a run sheet or explanation of what happened.

Shout out to Kim Carr and Cesar who transported my mother n law from the woodlands to Bastrop. They were professional, caring, and showed extremely amount of kindness to our family while going through a difficult time. They did a fantastic job handling my mother. Thank you guys, way better than St Luke’s Hospital
All I can say about City Ambulance is they are not only capable, but actually care about their patients. The crew was kind, took great care of my father, the billing department worked with us on a payment plan so there was no financial burden, and we go through a smaller insurance company and weren't sure they'd accept it, but they accept ALL INSURANCES! I hope my family and I never have to be on an Ambulance again, but if we are I hope it's City Ambulance.
