Should be no stars. They think they can charge waterer regardless of rules for balanced billing and surprised billing that is unlawful for ground ambulance companies. After BCBS paid reasonable costs of over $1k they are trying to collect over $3k in additional outrageous fees. I do not know how they sleep at night.
The advocate hung up on me the first time we spoke when I asked her to please hold as I had my insurance on the other line. I wanted to make sure I gave all the correct information since City Ambulance sent me a bill. However, my insurance had already negotiated and paid them.
