We were told the ride for my daughter would be covered since we had met our deductible, however we've been dealing with back and forth from them and the insurance company to get this covered. The insurance has paid out their max in network coverage and this company just wants more. The insurance paid over a grand for a 15 min ride with a little oxygen the want over 3k, this should not be over 3k. This is price gouging and it's unethical. Medic 40 , Emt Jordan tuite and Louis carreno Were so sweet and amazing! They made sure my loved one was safe and comfortable. They went the extra mile to ensure that my loved one was comfortable. When the admitting hospital was not able to take her they brought her back to Texas children. They advocated on her behalf
