We were told the ride for my daughter would be covered since we had met our deductible, however we've been dealing with back and forth from them and the insurance company to get this covered. The insurance has paid out their max in network coverage and this company just wants more. The insurance paid over a grand for a 15 min ride with a little oxygen the want over 3k, this should not be over 3k. This is price gouging and it's unethical. I wish I could give negative stars. They're trying to charge me over 5k for a ride from advent in Killeen to Scott and white in temple my insurance paid 800. 5k in their janky old ambulance no meds no oxygen just a ride. Take an Uber before these criminals

My 79 year old mom fell and broke her femur and was initially taken to the hospital in Huntsville. It was quickly determined that she would have to be moved to a St. Luke’s hospital for surgery. At 3:00am , two City ambulance EMTs arrived to take her to the new hospital. They (unfortunately I didn’t catch their names) were incredibly professional and empathetic to my mother even though they had each been working for 23 hours straight.
