I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this service. The EMTs were incredibly professional and efficient, making a potentially stressful situation much smoother. The ambulance itself was clean and well-equipped, truly top-notch. I'm so grateful for their excellent care and would highly recommend them to anyone in need. Five stars all the way!

The hospice company in charge of taking care of my mom used them to transport her. On arrival to her assisted living facility they were so rough and impatient with my dying mother (who passed less than two weeks later) that the main nurse in charge of the facility called to put in a complaint on the drivers. She has been in this industry for a very long time and said it was incredibly disturbing how poorly they treated her.
Call them if you want your family members to receive sub par treatment. Incompetence is rampant here
Should be no stars. They think they can charge waterer regardless of rules for balanced billing and surprised billing that is unlawful for ground ambulance companies. After BCBS paid reasonable costs of over $1k they are trying to collect over $3k in additional outrageous fees. I do not know how they sleep at night.
