While driving down hwy 21 /190 east coming from Bryan Texas 1 of thier ambulances ran my wife off the road because he was on his cell phone as we went past him. 7-21-26 5:50 pm Called twice to report the incident and twice was hung up on. Completely unprofessional and complete disregard to what they are doing. Would never trust them to get me or a loved one anywhere safely
I wish I could give them a negative review. The transfer bed was awful. The pole to hold his IV barley would hold up. The ambulance wa awful and the AC didn’t work! so my stepdad that was being transport for having a emerngry surgery and he’s a cancer paitent had to drive for a hour with NO AC in the text heat of July!!! When my stepdad asked about it they said oh they have out a complaint in but can’t get it for!!! This is a joke!!!

6/16/2026: 1720HRS City Ambulance Service was operating in Georgetown today. I’m not going to presume what type of mission they were on. However, this particular vehicle displayed their red, white, and blue lights with no apparent emergency after I passed them legally on my way home. And then they sped off. After circling back and resuming my trip, I ended up back behind this vehicle which is when I took this picture.
