Called ahead to ask specifically if they do straight razor shaves and they said yes. Asked again to confirm when I got there, yes. Then did not get the straight razor shave that I paid for. It was the entire reason I chose their shop. I can electric razor shave at home, for free. They just used a straight razor to touch up the edges. I hadn't shaved my beard in YEARS and went specifically to have my first ever straight razor shave. Super disappointing. Haircut and beard trim took almost 2 hours and the back looked patchy. Awesome first experience here at City 28! Mr. Roman is a dedicated and professional barber. He took his time and did everything precisely. I left the shop satisfied knowing that I’ll be back.
Great service. A Lil pricey but overall nice experience.
