Needed a haircut while traveling for work and Roman took great care of me! Got a great burst fade and was in & out in a reasonable time
Called ahead to ask specifically if they do straight razor shaves and they said yes. Asked again to confirm when I got there, yes. Then did not get the straight razor shave that I paid for. It was the entire reason I chose their shop. I can electric razor shave at home, for free. They just used a straight razor to touch up the edges. I hadn't shaved my beard in YEARS and went specifically to have my first ever straight razor shave. Super disappointing. Haircut and beard trim took almost 2 hours and the back looked patchy.
