Contacted City2City in August 2014 and he said all the right stuff. I am located in DC and have a property in Snellville less than 3 miles from his listed office address. He ha charged me almost $1,000 and the property already had a tenant. All he had to do was collect the rent and send it to me. It is currently Oct. 28th an in 3 days it will be 90 days and City2City has not collected a dime!!
