I Love it here. The buildings are old but they did a great job renovating. I can't get over how clean and quiet it is for being in the heart of everything Phoenix. Being true Phoenix, the neighborhood can get sketchy in either direction, but the immediate area is safe and I feel comfortable walking any time of day. Keep your whits about you and eyes open and no problems. The staff is what makes this complex 5 stars for me. They helped me in relocating to Phoenix. Quiet complex, it is fairly clean. It was just bought by a new company it was previously called City 15. The amenities are nice except the tennis court has been closed for months and they have no plans of when it will be open or fixing it. The leasing office staff are great. Jill and Bani do an amazing job helping residents. The maintenance team are friendly and often quick to help. Some units have structural damage which hasn't been addressed. It is a pet friendly place and pet owners here do a great job of cleaning up afte... read more

I moved here in 2020 when it was owned by a different Mgmt Company. When they sold to a different Mgmt Co., the quality fell QUICKLY. New mgmt here has no heart, no empathy, no respect for the Tenants. Office Mgr currently there is universally despised bc she is rude, arrogant, and just a plain [w]itch...she tells older Tenants who DARE complain to "stop talking and leave"; she obviously thinks she's above the Tenants here. All potential Tenants, RUN...
