It's been many years since my mother passed (2001), but her funeral has been on my mind ever since. We chose Citty for her funeral arrangements as they also handled my father's burial. It was a nightmare of a funeral. We ordered a vault with a name plaque. They misspelled her name. We did not see the vault until we got to the grave site.
