I lacerated my index finger had to drive myself. Plenty of parking, easy to find the E room entrance. Check in was quick & easy, waited less than 5 minutes before being taken back. Staff very professional went over every step clearly, the PA was great. In & out in under a hour and half.

When I got here I had to wait over two hours for my surgery. Come to find out they were skipping me just because I was a few mins late. They had the iv needle in me for over those two hours and it wasn't so uncomfortable. The nurses didn't even check up on me I had to ring the call button to find out what was happening like why was it taking so long. After the surgery, when I was waiting for transportation to get on the wheelchair to go to the car they also took forever like past 10mins I was miserable. I don't ever want to ... read more
