My wife went for Regular cleaning on 07/24/25. She has 2 Insurance (Blue Cross and Blue shield of Illinois (Primary) and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Secondary) . Everytime her claim submitted to Secondary Insurance without filing the Claim to her Primary insurance .Secondary Insurance declined all claims as it supposed to submit first to Primary and then Secondary. I was referred to Citrus Tower Family Dental due to a bad experience with another dentist! All I can say is WOW! The entire staff was amazing from the moment I walked in until the end of my visit. Spencer is amazing at what he does. He explained everything, answered my questions throughly, and was a joy to be around. He’s extremely funny.
