I am not happy with the medical service. I felt rushed from the first time I met with Dr. Shah. The second time I came for my CT scan results, he did not even come to see me despite his assistant telling me what he was coming to confirm what she told me. CARE is a big thing for patients. I was very disappointed.

I am writing on behalf of my wife regarding our recent experience with Citrus Pulmonology and Rotech Oxygen & Medical Equipment. She has been waiting for medically necessary equipment since March 13th, and the level of miscommunication and lack of coordination between Rotech and Citrus Pulmonology has been extremely concerning.
