I have never been treated so badly by someone who is supposed to care for people. The Dr barked out questions from a paper didn’t look at me didn’t want to talk to me he seemed rushed. I felt like I was bothering him ..But the worst treatment was from a staff member with obvious mental illness. She was triggered by my walking test and started running around playing crossing guard telling ppl to watch out I might run them over. Good doctors with a horrific billing team. My wife had been in the hospital for a week (via the Emergency Ward). She was billed as an in-patient versus an emergency room patient. When we tried to call and reconcile the issue, the woman in billing was a brick wall so-to-speak. Not unable to help, but unwilling! I am confident that the physicians here are extremly qualified and professional. Unfortunately I will never know. My primary sent two faxed referrals, neither of which resulted in my receiving a call from Citrus Pulminary to schedule an appointment. I finally called and was transferred to the lady who is in charge of referrals and scheduling. I had to leave a voice mail. Will not work with patients when they are on a fixed income. I tried to make a payment plan and was told if I didn't make the payment in the full amount I couldn't get in to see the Dr even if it was urgent
