Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!. Be careful of the telephone call you receive right as your contract expires. They call you up pretending that they want to come out for a treatment of pest control and lead you to think it is on the current contract but what they actually do is send you a bill for a whole new contract for another annual service. Very deceitful! Tony is a true loser of businessmen. Dont bother complaining to him he cares only about your money and his own wallet.
