I had an appointment today 8/6/2012---I waited 2 weeks for an appointment. The appointment was for 12:15pm and I arrived a few minutes early. I sat there for 45 minutes and the only that had happened was the copying of my insurance card. I walked up to the receptionist desk. I politely told the young lady that I had been waiting over 45 minutes, and that I had another appointment at work at 155pm, she states "oh, well, there is still one ahead of you" REALLY!
