The Manager Teresa is so friendly and amazing, The Maintenance staff is outstanding I love living here it is so quiet and safe and the grounds are kept up so beautiful. If your looking for a great place to live this is it. I want to thank Teresa for all of her help she is very Professional at her job while still treating you like a person.

We were told that to get the apartment here, the three of us had to make the amount of twice the rent (1555) and we did. Only suspiciously after we got there and paid them 105 for the three of our applications. We suddenly didn't make enough. The landlord kept our 105 even though we were told differently before we arrived at the office. She stole our money and even if this doesn't make a difference, I will tell everyone I run it to about this shady place. I'll send bad review, after bad review. I love the place, even thou it is an older building, it's maintained, beautiful landscaping, nice amenities, and they upgrade the apartments with new carpeting, flooring, ceiling fans, stainless steel sinks with new kitchen faucets and lighting fixtures. It's gated with assigned carport parking. Their are 2 laundry rooms onsite, a sparkling pool, and a nice sundeck with BBQ addition for entertaining guests and family. I have lived here for a year and have had no problems. If I ever need anything the manager and maintenance team are on it right away. They are very professional .

this place has no security the parking lot is like an alley crawling with thieves at night my truck was broke into 4 times within 2 years and was stolen right out of my stall. the managment makes it known that its not ther problem and they dont care .thy have a patrol unit that only locks the peoples clothes in the landry room at 10 pm very inconsiderate and the office opens at 9 closes again at 12 afternoon opens at 1 and closes at 5 pm incovinient for people that work in the day avd the rent just went up 50$ for no aparent... read more

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! this place is disgusting!! i have lived here for a yr my car has been broken into 2x! when we first moved in after the wet paint smell went away it constantly smelled like cigaret smoke( myself & my fiance do not smoke) they didnt fix the problem til i called the health department because i did not want my 1yr old daughter smelling smoke. I would not consider moving in to this apartment complex. I recently moved out from this complex after it was taken over by new management and I am sorry to say that the new owners are all about the money. They do not stick to the contract you sign, they do not disclose the fact that NO MATTER WHAT, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK, REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE CONTRACT SAYS, REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE SEEMINGLY NICE MANAGEMENT SAYS, REGARDLESS OF HOW WELL YOU TAKE CARE OF THE APARTMENT AND ANY UPGRADES YOU PAY... read more
