Worst service ever I came to get one nail repaired I waited over an hour being looked over only for them to do someone who came in behind me nails.I will never give them business.EVER and I would leave tips what kind of customer service is this.
POOOOOOR MANAGEMENT and they suck at nails! Very rude and unprofessional. I will literally make sure I never come here again after today. Aura nail bar is WAY BETTER at shaping and taking their time on your nails! They are literally 2 mins away I love them I definitely should have never let citrus do my nails.
Citrus nails really need to work on their customer service. Simply the worst experience I have had ever. I wasn't asking for much just a smooth looking nail polish. I did not want my nails and feet appearing as if I used a cheese grater. Do better please! I had to leave with the work not finished. The good news I went to Aura Nails and they were very sympathetic and fixed beautifully. I normally do not write reviews but you guys earned this one star. I hope you do better!
