This was my second visit to Citrus. I went to use the balance of a gift card my son gave me for Christmas over a year ago. When I presented my card to pay, the tech asked me if I found the card, which I thought was a bizarre comment to make upon being presented with a gift card. Then the cashier told me there was not a balance on the card. I assured her there was a balance, it was the balance of a gift I received. The customer service is horrible. Citrus has been my go to for nails and pedicures. I set an appointment a week ahead of time. My requests was for Sun & Mike at 1:00. When I walked in Holly (manager) advised me Son Was running behind. So, Ms. Tammy stepped in and took EXCELLENT care of my pedicure. She’s great, I love her. I recently visited Citrus Nail Bar to get my 10-year-old daughter a kid pedicure. When we arrived, I signed in on the tablet and specifically selected/signaled that we were there for a children’s pedicure service. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became uncomfortable when the manager, Holly, told me that my daughter “wasn’t a kid” because she was too tall. They have a blasian (Linda) in there and she can’t paint toes to save her life. She is rude and ignorant. The manager kept speaking in a different language instead of trying to resolve the issue in a language we could understand. This the worst the nail shop in Forney. The nail polish is old and the customer service suck.
