One of the best PCP doctor in the valley. He take his time to listen all of his patients. After listen his patients he give answer that we understand not like doctor language. I highly recommend to this doctor. The staff and nurse also very good in communication.
The office staff is pleasant and Dr. Patel focused on the important things that I needed.
Beginning with front desk .always smiling very professional they have set up every test for me and if it doesn't work for me they find one that does.dr patel is kind to me and works with me he trys to solve my health needs all the time .I also like they now have a TV in waiting room .that allows me to see health choices .they also can do blood work on site .and the woman who does it is good at what she does very professional.
Notice for Veterans: VA C&P exam experience with this provider was very poor. The appointment began approximately one hour late. Communication was difficult, and despite asking multiple clarifying questions, I was not able to clearly understand the responses. There was little to no meaningful physical evaluation performed for the conditions under review. Terrible experience! Dr. Patel wrote the wrong prescription to CVS. I picked it up and paid $65. He is now refusing to reimburse me for his mistake and CVS will not take back the unopened box. His receptionist (My) just left me a message saying that the new prescription was sent to CVS and I can just pay the $65 to get the corrected prescription. I will be seeking legal counsel. I guess Dr. Patel thinks money grows on trees! I am extremely mad!
