Helen Zeng is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across and it’s genuinely concerning she’s a doctor. From the moment the appointment started, she was rude and was rolling her eyes regarding every single concern I had. I was not aware that walk in appointments were one issue only, but she was sure to make me aware by aggressively interrupting me and also calling me paranoid. Monica Pham is a great doctor, she has helped me tremendously. Gave me referrals for all my concerns and also takes issues seriously. I didn’t have a family doctor for years so it’s great to have a doctor now that actually listens to me !
