I have been a patient of citrus medical for over 8 years and have never had any issues with them. I was very impressed by the care and attention I've recently received for an injury to my elbow. I'd like to thank Dr. Sheth, Dr Zhang, Dr Maclellan, Dr Pan and Mina, physiotherapist for their support so far!
Helen Zeng is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across and it’s genuinely concerning she’s a doctor. From the moment the appointment started, she was rude and was rolling her eyes regarding every single concern I had. I was not aware that walk in appointments were one issue only, but she was sure to make me aware by aggressively interrupting me and also call me paranoid. Dr Smair is a fantastic doctor. He is compassionate and listens to all your concerns. He is thorough and knowledgeable. The 1-star deducted is for the long wait times at this clinic.
I'm not a patient here. I called yesterday (Monday) to ask whether they had flu shots available and whether I could either walk in to get it or make an appointment for the shot. I was told I need to make an appointment with one of the doctors first, which wasn't available for even this week at all, and then after a consultation with a doctor I could get the flu shot administered by a nurse.
