Citrus Meadows is a nice place to live. Responsive management and maintenance.Tom is the best maintenance supervisor. He works hard to educate residents on proper use AC and other items in the apartment. Negative reviews most likely reflect an eviction or non renewal of the lease due to poor housekeeping or other issues! The staff works so hard to keep this place clean and it shows. Come take a look!
Lived there 4 years and up until it was time to move didn’t have any issues but my very last month living there I started getting an extreme like very extreme mold problem and when I brought it to their attention they refused to fix it my ac unit had been broken they fixed it the week I decided to move out but it wasn’t a me problem as there was 2 other units in that exact building (k ) which had extreme mold black fuzzy mold walls turning colors all they do is paint over it and move the next tenant in after 4 years I threat... read more
