August 27, 2026. 11:44AM Came here to add a link to my Rolex and was quoted $35 for about two minutes of work. I agreed to $30, but even then, the job wasn’t done properly—the screw on the added link was left sticking out. To make matters worse, when I questioned the unreasonable pricing, I was asked, “How much did you pay for this watch?” That came across as unnecessarily rude and condescending. Great customer service. Friendly, professional, and courteous. Also repairs can be made while you wait if the jeweler has time. They also have a nice selection of jewlery that's pretty reasonable.

I highly recommend this place! I came in to get my wedding ring sized and was greeted warmly by the owners. Hong was so friendly and helpful. They sized it on the spot for a very reasonable price. I was very pleased!
