Needed a hip and had a problem. Dr Lou I think was her name. Cleared me for surgery and personally drove a letter to the hospital to clear me for surgery
They insisted that I wait in my car until they called me. This was not during COVID. Then they told me I had to bring my own Bp numbers as they didn’t have a nurse. It went on and on. I didn’t have time to play games . I went to Inverness.
Had to go to Cancer Center next to this office tried a Calling number on door to ask if I could park.no answer. Parking lot was empty no worder.When I came out of Cancer office to check on Parking place his employee was taking my tag number. Was told he would have towed car .I said how would he feel if he had to park in another place if his love one was at Cancer office and his vehicle was towed. So I would never use an uncaring Dr.
