I have been wearing hearing aids for 60 years and have had my share of audiologists and hearing aid providers but I have to admit that Dr. Laura is a very pleasant, knowledgable, explains everything you want to know and is always happy to help. I highly recommend Dr. Laura and you will not go wrong. Definitely a 5-star rating from me.
Dr. Laura is the most caring doctor I've ever had. She listened attentively to absolutely everything I had to say and took my whole story into consideration. Any concerns I had were addressed warmly and without judgement. She went above and beyond for me and did it with a smile. Not once was she ever too busy for me. I consider Dr. Laura a part of my family and everything a doctor should be. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

loving this citrus hearing clinic they help me understand everything about how it work and programs. tell me thing i never knew at all. i personally give them 5 star there the best and worth it.
Dr. Pratesi took her time, explained and educated me about what was happening and why I was experiencing vertigo. You can tell she cares about what she does and the patients she treats.
Dr. Pratesi is incredible! She is thorough, patient, and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I have only the highest praise for her! You will not go wrong if you choose her for her audiology needs.

Dr. Laura was exactly the right person at the right time! I first met Dr. Laura at a Hearing Loss meeting while on vacation, and she was so helpful to everyone there. I asked to speak with her after because someone talked about a "streamer." This was something I didn't know about previously. She went SO far out of her way to not only make sure I had this to pair with my existing aids, but also had the Rep come to make sure everything was perfect.
